PLEASE SEE FULL LISTING. They are marked #290 with multiple different time period stamps. The other three mugs have the 1948 stamp. They measure 3-1/4″ tall and the opening is 3-1/2″ wide! It is definitely still usable! These vintage pieces are in very good condition, showing a bit of wear. There is some gold wear on the rims or handles. Two mugs have more noticeable gold wear on the side of the handles, as shown in the close-ups. One mug has what feels like a tiny dot sized knick in the base, although it is impossible to tell if it’s actually damage or a glaze skip from manufacturing. One mug, as shown in the close-up, has a spot wear the gold seems to be miss-applied in my opinion (based on how it looks and feels). While these pieces are nearly one hundred years old and have some minor flaws, all of the pieces display beautifully! I took my photos outside as it highlights any gold wear extremly well. Most wear will go completely unnoticeable in normal, indoor lighting. As for the different backstamps: the older ones seem to be a view millimeters taller, although there is usually some variation in size from piece to piece. The older mugs have only butterflies. The newer mugs have butterflies and flowers. They coordinate perfectly of course, as they are all Queen Victoria decals. Please use the “enlarge” option on the photos to see the condition in greater detail and judge for yourself. Being that each piece is hand decorated, there may be slight variations in the shades, decal or gold placement from piece to piece. As with any vintage china, you will find the occasional wrinkle, dimple, glaze skip or firing spots in the porcelain. All of my pieces are vintage or antique and are therefore imperfect.
